Hi, I'm Diego, a Certified Coach & Ex VP R&D

I partner with leaders, empowering them to see and materialize a higher potential for themselves and their teams.

For more than 20 years I’ve been in the software development business, growing from a developer to a VP R&D role. Following my passion for people’s development I certified as a life coach and today I support my clients driving results.

Leadership is not just about being a great manager and deliver business results, it’s about building a winning team and shaping reality towards the right vision. It’s about developing yourself to then grow others.
