The Coaching Process

Working together we will go through the following process:

  • Get clarity on the desired results
    • What you truly want and why you want it?
    • Make sure you are not confusing the what with the how.
  • Envision the journey to achieve your goals
  • Identify and remove any inner blocks
  • Build an actionable plan to start moving forward
  • Manifest and start creating your best life

Having this clarity on the desired results and the path forward, allows people to make progress and feel empowered during the process.

The coaching process and number of sessions is personalized for your needs. Most clients will achieve significant results within 3 months, however, they already see progress after one month.

Q & A

Coaching is a process, a partnership between the client and the coach, designed to achieve specific goals. It can be anything the client wants to achieve in his/her life, for example, career upscale or shift, financial or general abundance increase, finding the right partner, increasing well-being, or boosting self-confidence.

A coach is someone who helps you imagine a better version of yourself, or a greater possibility for yourself, and then supports you in achieving it, leveraging your abilities.

As a coach my job is to help my clients dream a greater possibility, get clarity on what they really want to achieve, and then help them getting there by creating inner motivation, removing obstacles, and building an effective and achievable action plan.

While coaching is a relatively new profession, consulting and therapy are more established professions, which explains why this question is often asked.

Consulting is usually about collecting data and using it to make recommendations on how to drive a specific result or solve a particular problem. It is often based on professional expertise in the relevant field, and it usually provides a solution outline letting the client implement it.

Therapy deals with past life trauma, looking to create a behavioral change by working with past events. This is the recommended treatment for mental, emotional, or physiological disorders like anxiety, depression, addictions, or phobias.

Coaching is a future-focused process to help individuals achieve their goals and objectives. Coaches help clients navigate life transitions and see further possibilities for themselves. While it may sometimes borrow a few tools from consulting or therapy, it is not addressing the same challenges.

A coach is for anyone who wants to drive change in their life. So if you are really happy with where you currently are at in your life, or if you don’t need any help driving the change you want – this is not for you. But if you want someone to help you find clarity and make progress towards what you are passionate about in your life – a coach can be a great partner to your journey.

The coaching process and number of sessions is personalized for your needs. Most clients will achieve significant results within 3 months, however, they already see progress after one month. Overall, the coaching process can keep going as long as both sides consider it valuable for the client, regardless of whether and when results were achieved.
